- ¾ cup frozen raspberries
- 1 small beetrootbeetsX, peeled and grated
- 1 orange, chopped
- 1 cup trim milk or unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
- In a blender, place all ingredients and blitz on high until smooth, thick and creamy. Pour into a glass and serve.
Make it vegan: Use the almond milk option.
