- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons crunchy peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons sweet chilli sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- ¼ cup water
1 Combine all ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a gentle simmer, stirring, to make enough flavouring for a stir-fry for four.
Double the quantities and store extra in the fridge.
