- 4 Sealord 3 Seed Crumbed Hoki Fillets
- 1 medium avocado, seeded, peeled
- juice of half a lemon
- 8 mini (25g) wholegrain tortillas
- 440g coleslaw from a bag
- ¾ cup reduced-fat Greek-style yoghurt
1 Steam fish fillets in microwave, two fillets at a time, according to packet directions.
2 Mash avocado in a small bowl, add lemon juice and stir.
3 To serve, top each tortilla with a handful of coleslaw, half a fish fillet, a dollop of mashed avocado and a spoonful of yoghurt.
Make it gluten free: Use gluten-free crumbed fish and tortillas.
