Strawberry mice

  • 500g punnet strawberries
  • 1 long, flat licorice strap
  • flaked almonds
  • chocolate chips
  • black writing icing
  • Swiss cheese

    1 Wash and hull strawberries.

    2 Cut licorice strap into thin pieces to make mice tails. Cut a slit into the flat end of each strawberry and insert tails.

    3 Cut 2 slits into the side of  each strawberry and insert two ears made from flaked almonds.

    4 Cut a slit into the pointy end of each strawberry and insert a chocolate chip to make a nose.

    5 Draw two eyes on each strawberry with black writing icing.

    6 Serve strawberry mice with chunks of Swiss cheese.
