Chilli and lime tuna noodle salad

This is a healthy take-to-work lunch made in 10 minutes with just a handful of ingredients

  • 115g can tuna in chilli and lime garlic dressing
  • 150g instant medium noodles, heated then cooled under running water and drained
  • 1 teaspoon reduced-salt soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon rice wine vinegar
  • Large handful baby spinach
  • 1 medium celery stalk, sliced
  • Lime wedges, to serve

    1 Toss the salad ingredients together, except for the lime wedges. Tip into lunchbox.

    2 Squeeze the lime wedges over the salad just before serving and toss well.

    Variations

    You can use your choice of canned tuna.  Try tuna and garlic dressing
