Tropical pavlova nests

- 4 x 20g ready-bought meringue nests
- 300g reduced-fat Greek style yoghurt or The Collective Icelandic yoghurt
- 1/2 cup sliced banana or mango
- 1/2 cup diced pineapple
- 4 tablespoons passionfruit pulp

Saturated fat 1g
Dietary fibre 2g
1 Fill meringue nests with yoghurt. Top with diced banana and pineapple. Spoon over passionfruit pulp and serve.
For our desserts we normally set a limit on free sugars. But pavlova and meringue are always going to be higher in free sugars; there’s no way around it. So keep in mind and save these for a special occasion.
