

Tuna, chickpea and roast tomato salad

Ingredients
- 400g can chickpeagarbanzoXsgarbanzosX, drained
- 1 punnet cherry tomatoes
- olive spray oil
- 185g can chilli flavoured tuna, drained
- 2 cups loosely packed rocketarugulaX leaves (or other salad greens)

Instructions
1 Preheat oven to 180°C (fan bake).
2 Place chickpeas and tomatoes in a baking dish lined with baking paper and spray well with oil spray. Sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
3 Transfer chickpeas and tomatoes to a bowl and toss with tuna and rocket.
