Mixed berry and cashew smoothie

  • ²/³ cup frozen raspberries
  • ½ cup frozen blueberries
  • ½ cup baby spinach
  • 1 tablespoon cashew butter
  • 1 tablespoon LSA mix (ground linseed, sunflower seeds and almonds)
  • ¾ cup reduced-fat strawberry yoghurt

    1 In a blender or food processor, blitz all ingredients plus ¼ cup water, until smooth.

    2 Pour into 2 serving glasses and serve immediately.
