Gingerbread granola

Get into the holiday spirit with this flavourful granola! Packed with crunchy macadamia halves, cashews, almonds, and sweet sultanas, it's a festive treat that's ready in just 30 minutes. Perfect for breakfast or as a snack!

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 110g Sunbeam Australian Macadamia Halves
  • 150g Sunbeam Australian Natural Cashews
  • 75g Sunbeam Australian Blanched Almonds
  • ¾ cup Sunbeam Sultanas
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1½ teaspoons ground ginger
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • ¼ cup melted coconut oil
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 80g coconut flakes

    1 Preheat the oven to 180℃. Line two baking trays with baking paper.

    2 In a large bowl, add all of the ingredients and mix well with a wooden spoon until all well combined.

    3 Spread the mixture across the 2 prepared baking trays. Place into the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, tossing the granola after 10 minutes.

    4 Remove from the oven and allow granola to cool completely before storing in airtight containers, or jars.

     

     

    Serving suggestion

    Add Greek yoghurt and fresh fruit to your granola for a flavourful and wholesome breakfast.

    Granola will store in an airtight container or jar for up to 2 weeks.
