Banana, nut and berry knockout
- 1 banana, chopped in even-sized chunks
- ¼ cup berries
- 1 medjool date
- 1 tablespoon LSA mix
- 1 teaspoon natural peanut butter
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
1 Place all ingredients in a sandwich-sized ziplock bag. Squeeze as much air out the bag as possible. Freeze overnight (or for up to 1 month).
2 Place frozen ingredients in a blender with 1/2–3/4 cup trim milk. Blend until smooth and serve.
