- 200g eye fillet steak
- 1 pack stir-fry veges
- 1 pack udon noodles
- 1 pack beef stock
- soy sauce
- fresh coriandercilantroX
1 Finely slice the eye fillet.
2 Bring the stock to the boil, add the noodles, vegetables and beef and quickly bring back to the boil.
3 Remove from the heat immediately and serve with soy sauce and fresh coriander to taste.
