  • ¾ cup frozen mixed berries
  • 2 small bananas
  • 1 cup reduced-fat milk (or milk alternative)
  • 4 tablespoons low-fat plain yoghurt
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons rolled oats
    • Garnish
    • ½ cup fresh berries, sliced if large
    • 2 tablespoons granola
    • Fresh mint leaves, to taste
    • 1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
    • Sliced banana or kiwifruit (optional)
    • Edible flowers (optional)

    1 In a food processor, place all smoothie ingredients and blitz until smooth.
