Berry delicious smoothie
(at time of publication)
- ⅓ cup frozen mixed berries
- ½ fresh or frozen banana
- 100ml water
- 100ml trim milk
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon LSA (ground linseed, sunflower, almond)
1 Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth and serve in a glass.
- Use lactose-free or soy milk for a FODMAP-free variation.
- Make it gluten free: Check cinnamon is gluten free.
