Double choc-hazelnut yoghurt pots

- 2 teaspoons cocoa powder
- 2 cups low-fat vanilla yoghurt
- 8 teaspoons chopped toasted hazelnuts
- 8 teaspoons shaved dark chocolate

Dietary fibre 2g
- Stir cocoa powder into yoghurt until well combined. Divide yoghurt mixture between 4 bowls.
- Top with hazelnuts and chocolate and serve.
