Green ginger buzz
(at time of publication)
- 2 cups baby spinach or kale
- ½ cup pineapple chunks
- ½ Granny Smith apple
- ½ banana
- 2 teaspoons grated ginger
1 Place all ingredients in a sandwich-sized ziplock bag. Squeeze as much air out the bag as possible. Freeze overnight (or for up to 1 month).
2 Place frozen ingredients in a blender with 1/2–3/4 cup cold water. Blend until smooth and serve.
