This easy ice pop recipe is perfect for cooling down during warmer days!

Ingredients
Units: Metric | Imperial (US)
- 400g rockmelon flesh, chopped
- 300g raspberries
- 3 tablespoons sugar
Instructions
1 Purée rockmelon until smooth. Pour into moulds and freeze for 1 hour.
2 Purée raspberries with sugar and pour onto melon purée. Freeze for at least 2 hours. Wrap in plastic wrap to eat.
