Tuna, tomato and chilli pasta

This pasta dish uses the classic flavour combination of rocket, lemon and tuna to create a weeknight favourite that's ready in only fifteen minutes.

  • 250g pasta bows or spirals (or your choice)
  • 4 large tomatoes
  • 2 cups rocket
  • 185g can tuna in olive oil
  • juice and zest of 1 lemon
  • 2 teaspoons chilli flakes (or to your taste)
  • salt and pepper

    1 Bring a large pot of salted water to the boil, add the pasta and cook until al dente (firm to the bite). Drain.

    2 Chop the tomatoes into chunks.

    3 Combine all the ingredients in the pasta pot and mix together well. Divide between two bowls and garnish with salt and pepper to taste.
