Ingredients
Units: Metric | Imperial (US)
- 1 wholemeal burger bun
- 1 vegetarian burger patty (I used Bean Supreme)
- 20g reduced-fat cheddar
- 1 teaspoon mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon chutney of your choice
- 1 tomato, sliced into 4 thick slices
- ½ red capsicum, roasted
- handful rocketarugulaX leaves

Instructions
1 Toast burger bun in toaster.
2 Meanwhile, cook burger patty as per packet instructions, in pan, oven or microwave. In last minute of cooking, add cheese to burger patty and cook until cheese is melted.
3 Arrange burger patty on bun with mayonnaise, chutney, tomato, capsicum and rocket.
