Ingredients
- ½ cup frozen mixed berries
- ½ frozen sliced banana
- 2 tablespoons rolled oatsoatmeal uncookedX
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 150g low-fat natural yoghurt
- Topping
- handful of mixed fresh berries
- 1 teaspoon black chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin seeds
Instructions
1 Blend ingredients with a handful of ice. Pour smoothie into a small bowl and add toppings.
