Winter fruit compote

A warming winter compote, made with a mix of dried fruits, tastes luxurious and is a healthier breakfast choice when paired with Greek yoghurt.

Ingredients

- 25g dried apricots
- 50g each dried mixed fruit (10g each of cherries, blueberries, pears, mango and apple)
- Pinch cinnamon
- 170g pot fat-free Greek yoghurt

Instructions
1 Put the dried fruit, cinnamon and 100ml water into a pan and simmer for 15 min.
2 Put the yoghurt into a bowl and spoon over the warm fruit to serve.
