Double choc-hazelnut yoghurt pots
Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons cocoa powder
- 2 cups low-fat vanilla yoghurt
- 8 teaspoons chopped toasted hazelnuts
- 8 teaspoons shaved dark chocolate

Instructions
1 Stir cocoa powder into yoghurt until well combined. Divide yoghurt mixture between 4 bowls.
2 Top with hazelnuts and chocolate and serve.
Variations
Make it gluten free: Check cocoa powder, yoghurt and chocolate are gluten free.

So easy to make and really yummy.
I made this with chocolate protein powder instead of cocoa and it was superb. Had a mousse-like texture that contrasted beautifully with the crunchy hazelnuts and chocolate garnish
