  • 1 small ripe banana
  • 2 tablespoons ripe avocado
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup frozen blueberries
  • 20g muesli, honey with LSA
  • 1 cup soy milk, regular
    • To serve
    • 5-10 blueberries
    • sprig of mint
