    • 300g reduced-fat Greek style yoghurt or The Collective Icelandic yoghurt
    • ½ cup sliced banana or mango
    • ½ cup diced pineapple
    • 4 tablespoons passionfruit pulp

    1 Fill meringue nests with yoghurt. Top with diced banana and pineapple. Spoon over passionfruit pulp and serve.
