- 2 slices grainy bread, toasted
- ¼ avocado
- ¼ cup fresh or frozen peas, thawed
- 2 tablespoons feta cheese
- mint, coriandercilantroX, pepper, chilli (or other seasonings of your choice!)
Instructions
1 Mash together avocado and peas, spread on toast. Top with feta and seasonings.
2 Follow with fruit such as a mandarin or an apple.
