- 1 cup bran or 1 ¼ cups bran flakes
- ⅓ cup skim milk
- ⅓ cup raspberries
- 3 hazelnuts, chopped
- 1 tablespoon reduced-fat Greek yoghurt

Instructions
1 Put the All-Bran or bran flakes into a bowl and pour over the milk.
2 Top with the berries, chopped nuts and a dollop of yoghurt and serve.
