

Chicken pie with root vege mash
Ingredients
- 1 portion Basic spiced chicken mix (see tip)
- 1 portion Basic bean mix (see tip)
- ½ cup liquid salt-reduced stock mixed with ½ cup water
- 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
- 1 portion Basic mixed root vege mash (see tip)
- Vegetables
- 2 cups seasonal vegetables (such as cauliflower, broccoli, carrot), chopped

Instructions
1 Preheat oven to 200°C. Mix chicken with beans, stock mixture and mushrooms. Spoon into an ovenproof dish.
2 Spoon on mash to cover filling completely. Spray with a little oil and bake for 20-25 minutes. Meanwhile, microwave or steam vegetables and serve with pie.
