Claire’s berry smoothie with greens
- 100ml skim milk
- 100ml water (add more if needed)
- 2 tablespoons low-fat vanilla yoghurt
- ½ cup frozen blueberries
- handful baby spinach
- 2 teaspoons LSA (ground linseed, sunflower, almond)
- 3-4 ice cubes
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
1 Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth and serve in a glass.
