- 2 cups baby spinach
- ¼ small avocado
- 2 teaspoons ground linseeds
- 2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger
- large handful fresh mint
- 1 cup coconut water
- handful ice cubes

Instructions
1 In a blender, place all ingredients and blitz on high until smooth, thick and creamy. Pour into a glass and serve.
