Ingredients

- 1 honeydew or cantaloupe melon (3 cups chopped)
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 apple, chopped
- 4cm piece fresh ginger, grated
- pinch of salt
- 1.5 litre bottle sparkling water or soda waterclub soda seltzer waterX
- 2 limes, sliced
- 12 mint and berry-filled ice cubes

Instructions
1 Place melon, celery and apple in a blender with ginger and salt. Process until smooth. Mix with sparkling water.
2 Place lime slices and ice cubes in each glass and pour drink over. Stir. Serve immediately.
