

Mince and garlic bread bake

Ingredients
- 500g chicken mince
- 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
- 1-2 teaspoons mild chilli powder
- 700g jar ready-made chunky tomato pasta sauce
- 2 cups mixed frozen vegetables such as corn sweetcornXand peas
- 4 pieces of ready-made garlic Turkish bread (150g total), sliced in squares

Instructions
1 Preheat oven to 180°C. Brown chicken mince in a non-stick pan. Drain off any fat. Add mushrooms and cook for 3-4 minutes.
2 Add chilli powder and tomato sauce. Bring to the boil. Reduce heat and stir in vegetables.
3 Transfer to an ovenproof dish and top with bread slices. Bake for 25 minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley. Serve with a mixed salad.
