Tropical smoothie ice blocks
Serves: 10 (depending on size of moulds)
Time to make: 15 mins , plus 4 hrs freezing
Ingredients
Units: Metric | Imperial (US)
- 1 mango, peeled, chopped
- 250g pineapple flesh, chopped
- 1 banana
- ½ teaspoon vanilla essence
- 300ml unsweetened almond and coconut milk
Instructions
1 Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend well.
2 Pour into containers and freeze for 4 hours.
