Tropical smoothie ice blocks

- 1 mango, peeled, chopped
- 250g pineapple flesh, chopped
- 1 banana
- squeeze lemon juice
- 300g vanilla fromage frais
1 Purée mango in a blender until smooth. Add pineapple. Blend until smooth.
2 Add banana and lemon juice. Blend.
3 Stir in fromage frais. Mix well. Pour into containers and freeze for 4 hours.
Make it gluten free: Use a gluten-free fromage frais such as Frûche.
