Vanilla honey chai tea
- ½ cup trim milk
- 1–2 black tea bags
- 4 whole cloves
- 2 cardamom pods
- 1 cinnamon stick (or a pinch of ground cinnamon)
- ½ vanilla pod, seeds scraped (or ½ teaspoon vanilla extract)
- 1 tablespoon honey
1 Place all ingredients in a saucepan with 2 cups of water. Bring to the boil and cook, stirring, for 6–8 minutes.
2 Strain tea into 2 glasses and serve.
