

Moroccan pork with apple
Ingredients
- cooking spray oil
- 4 pork loin chops (150-170g each)
- 1 tablespoon Moroccan seasoning
- 2 Granny Smith apples, unpeeled, sliced in thin segments
- 175ml white wine
- chopped flat-leaf parsley, to garnish

Instructions
1 Spray a non-stick pan with oil. Coat pork chops in Moroccan seasoning, then place in a pan over a high heat to sear both sides.
2 Lower heat. Add apples to pan. Keep turning pork until cooked through and apples are starting to brown. Remove apples, then drain any excess fat. Add wine. Simmer for 4 minutes to reduce.
3 Transfer chops to serving plates. Top with apple, pour over wine reduction, and sprinkle with parsley. Serve with mashed potato and steamed green beans.
