  • 2 large Granny Smith apples, cored, thinly sliced lengthways
    • 1 cup rolled oats
    • ¼ cup brown sugar
    • ⅓ cup shredded coconut
    • 3 tablespoons reduced-fat spread

    1 Preheat oven to 180°C. Arrange apple slices in the base of an ovenproof dish.

    2 To make crumble, combine oats, sugar and coconut in a bowl. Rub in spread until mixture resembles crumbs.

    3 Scatter mixture evenly over apple. Bake in oven for 20-25 minutes. Set aside to cool slightly for 5 minutes. Serve.
