Berry piggy smoothie bowl
- 2 tablespoons rolled oatsoatmeal uncookedX
- ½ cup milk
- 1 medium banana, sliced, frozen
- 1 cup frozen sliced strawberries
- ¼ small avocado
- strawberry slices and 4 blueberries, to decorate (or use any fruit that’s in season)

1 Combine the oats and milk in a jug. Set aside for 1–2 minutes, for oats to soften.
2 Blend banana, strawberries, avocado and milk in a blender until mixture is thick and creamy. Place the mixture into a serving bowl and decorate with strawberry slices and blueberries (see variations).

➜ Mandarin wedges for mouth and eyes
➜ Raspberries or grapes for pokey-out noses
