- 1 large green capsicum
- 1 large yellow capsicum
- 200g tub hummus or tzatziki
- 3 capsicums (red, yellow and green), cut in strips
- 1 slice cheese
- 1-2 olives
- 2 blueberries
- 4 toothpicks

1 Cut the tops off large capsicums. Stand capsicum cups upright and fill each cup with hummus or tzatziki.
2 Stand capsicum strips in filled cups to make ‘hair’.
3 Make ‘eyes’ with small circles of sliced cheese, sliced olives and blueberries, using toothpicks to hold in place.
Make it gluten free: Check hummus or tzatziki is gluten free.
