Fresh tuna wrap
- 1 packet tortillas
- 1 packet rocketarugulaX
- 1 pot hummus
- 2 fresh tuna fillets
- 2 tomatoes
1 Heat a heavy-based pan until hot. Spray the tuna fillets with a little oil, then cook them quickly until browned on both sides. This should take no longer than 3 minutes – you want the tuna still pink in the middle.
2 Warm the tortillas for 30 seconds in the microwave. Spread the warmed tortillas with hummus, add rocket leaves and sliced tomatoes.
3 Slice the tuna into thick slices, place on top of the salad in the tortillas. Fold or roll the tortilla to serve.
