

Maple almond milk
Ingredients
- 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 cinnamon stick (or pinch ground cinnamon)
- ground cinnamon, to serve

Instructions
1 Place almond milk, maple syrup and cinnamon stick in a saucepan over medium heat. Cook, stirring, for 8–10 minutes.
2 Pour warm milk into two mugs, dust with ground cinnamon and serve.
Variations
Make it gluten free: Check almond milk and ground cinnamon are gluten free.
