

Oat bran berry porridge
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup and 1 tablespoon oat bran
- 1 1/4 cups skim milk
- 1/4 cup quark
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup raspberries

Instructions
1 Put the oat bran and skimmed milk in a medium pan with 1 cup water, then bring to the boil. Reduce the heat to medium, then simmer, stirring, for 3 min. Remove from the heat and leave to stand for 1 min.
2 Stir through the quark, then divide the porridge between 2 bowls and serve topped with the berries.
