Winter fruit medley porridge

- ½ cup chopped dried apple
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 quantity Quick porridgeoatmeal, cookedX
- 2 cups frozen mixed berries
- 1 cup low-fat plain yoghurt
- 4 teaspoons liquid honey
1 Stir apple and cinnamon through porridge and divide among 4 bowls.
2 Top each bowl of porridge with one-quarter each of thawed berries, yoghurt and honey.
