Instructions
1 Quickly cook tuna steaks (only a couple of minutes each side – they're better rare), with a dash of soy sauce and lime juice added in the last minute of cooking to glaze.
2 Served with steamed rice and green beans dressed with sesame oil, it's a real health boost.
