Ingredients
- 2 cloves garlic, peeled
- ½ bunch parsley
- ½ bunch basil
- 2 ½ tablespoons oil
- ½ lemon, juice of
- salt, to taste

Instructions
1 Using a hand-held stick blender, process garlic with parsley and basil. Add oil lemon juice. Process until smooth. Season with a little salt. Place in a sealed container and store in fridge. This will keep for 5 days.
