This super quick, delicious and filling breakfast smoothie for one is guaranteed to set you up for the day and great for those mornings when you are running late.

Ingredients

- 1 tablespoon rolled oatsoatmeal uncookedX
- 1 banana
- 1 dessertspoon honey
- ½ cup yoghurt
- ½ cup milk

1 Whiz all ingredients (you may prefer a little more milk) together in a blender and enjoy.
2 It’s filling, has a nice sweetness and is really easy to drink.
