Bikkie Day is on Friday 26 July where people all around New Zealand raise money by baking and selling dog-shaped bikkies for Blind Foundation guide dogs. We put together a collection of delicious biscuit recipes to help participants make healthier treats for the fundraiser. There’s even a biscuit recipe for dogs.
