Trifle smoothie bowl

- ½ cup frozen raspberries
- 1 cup skim milk
- 2 tablespoons low-fat plain yoghurt
- 2 tablespoons raw whole almonds, or ground almonds
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds

1 Blend ingredients with a handful of ice. Pour smoothie into a small bowl and serve.
Garnish with a few frozen berries, almond slivers and a sprinkling of chia seeds.
Swap the natural yoghurt for vanilla yoghurt, or, for a special occasion, custard! (Use gluten-free options if required.)
