Associate professor Antigone Kouris is an Accredited Practising Dietitian, academic/researcher, clinician, educator, author and food product developer with over 30 years experience. She has a PhD in Nutrition from the Faculty of Medicine at Monash University , Bachelor of Science with Honours (Biochemistry/ Microbiology, Melb University) and Post Graduate Diplomas in Human Nutrition & Dietetics (Deakin Uni) and Botanic Medicine (Uni Newcastle).
