5+ a day a struggle

Around 64 per cent of recently surveyed Kiwis admit not eating enough vegetables and half often eat a meal containing no vegetables (12 per cent daily and 40 per cent more than once a week). The advice is to eat at least 5+ servings of fruit and vegetables a day to maintain health.
