Botanical bitters

This lemon lime and bitters-inspired sip blends calming chamomile, fresh cucumber and mint for a refreshing drink that feels fancy without the booze.

Ingredients

- 30ml Bickford’s No Added Sugar Lemon Lime & Bitters cordial
- 60ml chilled chamomile tea
- 5 cucumber rounds, sliced ½ cm thick
- 8 mint leaves
- ½ cup tonic water or soda waterclub soda seltzer waterX
- cucumber ribbon
- fresh mint sprig
- edible flowers

Instructions
1 In a shaker, muddle cordial, chamomile tea and cucumber until cucumber juices are released.
2 Gently clap mint leaves between your hands to release the oils, then add to the shaker with a handful of ice. Shake well.
3 Line a glass with a cucumber ribbon and fill with fresh ice. Strain mocktail over ice and top with your choice of mixer.
4 Garnish with fresh mint sprig and edible flowers. Serve and enjoy!
