
High intensity brain boost

Even short bursts of exercise are good for your brain and can improve brain functioning such as the ability to plan, focus and juggle multiple tasks. A University of Auckland review found the benefits were small but consistent across studies and age groups and lasted at least 10 minutes after exercise.
